Fred, chatting with neighbors Jo and Oswald ("Ozzie") MacDonald. Ozzie bought the farm next door to the Shaw family home in the 1970's. A self-taught scholar and miner by trade, he founded six mining corporations before retiring to a quiet country life in Errington.
Since its inception over 35 years ago, the market has been an important part of the Errington community.
Although the original buildings are gone, the market has flourished since it was relocated in the early 1990's to its new location in the woods near the Errington Hall.
